This ‘Reserve’ wine is blended from a fastidious selection of the best barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon all originating from our Langhorne Creek vineyards. At Bremerton we are in a unique position to keep all parcels of our wine separate from time of picking through fermentation to oak maturation. Following some barrel maturation, each parcel is assessed, and the most outstanding parcels of Cabernet are allowed further maturation before being blended to create the ‘Reserve’ Cabernet.
A powerful yet elegant wine, built with a strong backbone of blackberry, bramble and earthy notes. Nuances of coffee, dark chocolate and spice meld seamlessly on the palette and nose. Fine elegant tannins encapsulate the flavours, adding layers of length and persistence.
